I am Olga Sakka, the founder of CONGs. For over 20 years, I have served as a commercial backbone for global brands like Avon, navigating the complex intersection of sales operations, activations, analytics, finance, and strategy.
I spent my career solving the exact problem most SMEs face today: Leadership teams are drowning in data but starving for insights.
I have led multi-million pound revenue transformations, redesigned commercial models that govern thousands of sales representatives, and built predictive engines that tell you not just what happened, but what will happen next.
Why I Built CONGs
I founded this consultancy because I saw a gap in the market. Most businesses have "reporting," but very few have Intelligence.
