My Story
I’m the founder of CONGs. My work connects commercial priorities, people and practical AI delivery, helping organisations improve how they plan, make decisions and get work done.
I’m also Head of Applied AI & Business Value at Avon, a global role I have held since early 2026. I work with senior leaders, business teams and technology colleagues to make AI practical, safe and valuable across the organisation.
My route into AI started with more than two decades in commercial strategy and analytics: finding growth opportunities, improving forecasting, redesigning incentives and helping leaders make better decisions.
That experience shapes how I work with clients. I start with what your business needs to achieve, understand how the work gets done, and identify what needs to change. I also build working applications and tools, so I can connect the strategic conversation with the practical detail of making a solution useful.
