I am Olga Sakka, the founder of CONGs. After 20 years leading teams and solving topline and bottom line business problems, I founded CONGs to bring enterprise-grade strategic solutions to businesses like yours, without the enterprise price tag.
I have served as a commercial backbone for global brands like Avon, navigating the complex intersection of growth strategy, sales operations, incentives and commercial planning.
I spent my career solving the exact problem most SMEs face today: Leadership teams are drowning in reports but starving for a clear growth plan.
I have led multi-million pound revenue transformations, redesigned commercial models that govern thousands of sales representatives/teams, and built planning tools that tell leadership exactly where to focus and what to do next.
Why I Built CONGs
I founded this consultancy because I saw a gap in the market. Most businesses have "reporting," but very few have strategic growth clarity.
